Located in the coastal village of Del Mar, my practice supports folks in navigating life transitions with clarity and confidence. You'll find my cozy office decorated exclusively secondhand, and I can promise that I'll always want to hear about your latest thrift finds and upcoming travels. Clients describe me as calming, safe, and easy to talk to.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from UC Davis, and a Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego. I completed my training at UC San Diego Family Medicine, in which I worked on patient care teams with talented primary care physicians and psychiatrists to address a wide range of behavioral health concerns. I have experience leading group therapy at the residential, PHP, and IOP levels, specializing in co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
I work with a small, curated caseload to ensure every client receives the focused, individualized support they deserve. My practice is intentionally intimate, a space for meaningful connection, honest reflection, and real change. Both in-person and telehealth sessions available.
Maybe you’ve always been the one who keeps it together, the one others go to for everything. People trust you, you're thoughtful, self-aware, and effortlessly composed. But maybe the usual ways of “figuring it out” just don’t seem to feel natural or sustainable anymore, and you find yourself stressed, reactive, or anxious.
Our work together is a space to reflect, process, and understand the patterns and experiences, both past and present, that still echo in your life today.
My therapy style is compassionate, warm, and non-judgmental. I focus less on one technique, and rather integrate multiple approaches to best meet the needs of my clients as individuals.
Sometimes, even when we understand our past, it still lives in our body, showing up as anxiety, self-doubt, or patterns we can’t seem to break. EMDR helps your brain and body reprocess difficult experiences so they no longer hold the same emotional weight. Through guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, we work together to help your nervous system release what’s stuck, so you can move forward with more ease and feel like yourself again.
If you’re seeking a therapeutic experience that’s as intentional and authentic as the life you’re building,
you’re in the right place.
